When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We can ship to most locations in the world via UPS. Note that there may be restrictions on shipping to some international destinations due to USA export controls.
This right to return SoniClear and other rights with respect to the SoniClear software are determined by the terms and conditions of the SoniClear license, as provided with the software. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable, do not install the software.
You are encouraged to test the SoniClear Evaluation Version of the software to ensure that they meets your needs before purchase. However, if after you have purchase the software from the online store you are not satisfied, you must apply for a refund within 30 days.
To return the software for a refund:
1. Contact SoniClear to request a return authorization. Please include
(a) a copy of the receipt from this purchase, and
(b) a brief description of why you wish to receive a refund (so that we may improve our product offering in the future).
2. Follow the return authorization instructions for returning the software disk and USB License Key to SoniClear.
Please note that a refund will not be provided unless the software is returned with the original packaging, and the license on USB License Key has not been locked to any computer. Software products that have been opened and installed are subject to a 15% restocking fee, at the sole discretion of SoniClear, to cover the cost of inspecting and processing the returned product.
You may return unopened hardware items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Hardware items that have been opened, such as computers, microphones, and microphone-related equipment, may be returned provided the entire package of purchased equipment is returned in new condition within 30 days from the date the order is placed. Hardware returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at the sole discretion of SoniClear.
If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
